Imagine stepping into a cozy, private, uninterrupted space where you can be authentic, feel heard, and receive the support you need. Seeking therapy can feel intimidating. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to manage life’s personal, professional, or relational responsibilities, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and work toward healing and building confidence. I’ll support you as you develop self-compassion, embrace your strengths, and improve your relationships. As a wife and working mom, I understand the effort it takes to manage multiple roles and responsibilities—and how difficult it can be to find time for self-care. I’m passionate about helping individuals balance life with care and compassion, creating healthier patterns along the way.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing trauma, anxiety, or depression. I’ve worked with survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and those dealing with self-harm or suicidal thoughts. I also support families in making positive changes when working with children and adolescents.
As a licensed clinical professional counselor and registered art therapist, I hold a master’s degree in counseling and art therapy from Adler University. My approach combines art therapy, strengths-based techniques, and relational therapy to help you process emotions, tap into your inner resilience, and improve relationships. I use a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to ensure our work is tailored to your unique needs.
Whether you seek healing, clarity, or deeper connections, I’d be honored to support you on your journey to growth.
