$150/60 min session

$30/Session with Counseling/Art Therapy Intern

Insurance options:

Currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and United Health Care insurance plans.  Please note, coverage varies greatly, but services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. Please contact your HMO or health insurance plan to learn more about what your plan covers. Below are some questions that are helpful to ask:

• Do my insurance benefits include mental health services?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Will I be required to pay a copay?

• Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?

• What is my deductible?

• Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?

*Please note that due to the Stay-at-Home restrictions for COVID-19, many insurance companies are now offering coverage for virtual therapy sessions. Please contact your insurance provider directly to inquire if this is an option for you.

At this time, our counseling and art therapy interns are not able to bill insurance.

Cancellations:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify your clinician, you will be charged a fee.
